When using our service, you are agreeing with and accepting our terms and conditions.
1. Van Man will always endeavour to offer a professional and reliable service at all times.
2. Van Man will always endeavour to be punctual. In the rare event that we are late due to unforeseen circumstances, we do not accept any liability for financial loss caused due to our being late.
3. When requesting a quote, it is down to you the customer to inform us about ALL THE ITEMS that will need transporting. Failure to do this WILL result in a price increase for every extra item that needs transporting, no matter how large or small.
4. It is down to you the customer to advise us about ANY steps, staircases, or any other difficulties we may face when it comes to loading and off loading. Failure to do this could result in extra loading/unloading time and incur additional costs.
5. When using our service, you are agreeing to pay in full, any parking penalties received whilst loading/unloading your items.
6. Depending on the job description, we may ask for a 25% booking deposit to secure your slot. All deposits are none refundable.
7. When using our service, you the customer are agreeing that Van Man can withhold any items until the full cost is met.
8. If you the customer misinterpret the job description, we have the right to cancel the job at any given time and withhold your deposit to cover the costs already incured.
